Lubrication Methods:
l k≤6, Use grease, generally grease cup lubrication
l k> 6-50,Lubricating oil, needle valve oil cup lubrication

1. Oil Bath Lubrication: In oil bath lubrication, the oil level should be at the center of the lowest rolling element in the rolling bearing, i.e., half the roller height. When the ratio of the bearing's actual operating speed to its permissible limiting speed for lubrication is less than 0.4, the oil level can be higher.
2. Splash Lubrication: For splash lubrication, the oil level height can generally be determined according to the recommended oil level height when using gears as the oil slinging component. It is generally 3 times the tooth depth deep, with a minimum of 1/2 the tooth depth.
